When will my order arrive?

Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Then it ships with tracking. In October 2026 our print partner estimated 5–12 days from order to US delivery for these products. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Prices include standard shipping to US addresses. We currently ship within the US only.

Can I return it?

Each item is made to order, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you.

How do I pay?

On Shopify's secure checkout. This site never sees your card details.

Why does checkout say NOVA Commerce?

EntryEase is one of the brands sold by NOVA Commerce. Checkout, your receipt, order emails and tracking all come from NOVA Commerce, so you'll see that name there. Your order is the same EntryEase product shown on this site.

Are the photos real?

The product images are digital mockups of our original artwork, not photographs. Colors may look slightly different on screen than in print.

Can I order now?
